BMK Liquid Roofing Systems
BMK Liquid Roofing is an Approved installer for Liquid Roofing Systems Limited (LRS).
LRS provides a range of liquid roofing products including Rapid Roof and Elasto-Kote, suitable for a wide variety of different roof types.
Both products are cold liquid applied, offer exceptional adhesion and waterproofing and come with 10 - 20 years product and manufacturer guarantees.
RAPIDROOF
This two-component product is a seamless, rapid-curing, cold liquid applied waterproofing system. Suitable for both commercial and residential projects, RapidRoof has a typical cure time of 20 minutes and is backed by the LRS manufacturers product guarantee of up to 20 years.
Due to its liquid application and exceptional adhesion to most surfaces, RapidRoof is easy to apply and self-terminating, eliminating the need for flashings, new trims or termination bars.
RapidRoof is suitable for new builds or refurbishment, and can be applied to a wide range of surfaces including Felt, asphalt, timber, concrete, metal and Fibre Cement.
ELASTO-KOTE
Designed specifically for application to pitched roofs and ideal for metal, coated metal, concrete and fibre cement surfaces, Elasto-Kote is a SEBS thermoplastic waterproofing system with built-in rust inhibitor and up to 85% solar reflective properties.
Elasto-Kote can be quickly and easily applied, curing within 4 hours. It is a single component self-priming thermoplastic and comes with product guarantees between 10 and 20 years.
The system comes with detailing materials and reinforcement tape allowing complete roof renovation and restoring the roofs waterproofing structure, giving the appearance of a brand new roof.
