BMK stands for Be More Karl - a name that carries the heart and soul of this venture. Karl was my brother, a true pillar of strength, a tireless worker, and a man that built more than just houses; he build trust, friendships, and a legacy of kindness.

Karl  was the one everyone could count on. Always there. Always positive. With a quiet strength and unwavering positivity he was always there for everyone, with a smile on his face and the trademark words, “It will be alright”. He lifted those around him , even in the toughest moments. He is deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
